This privacy policy applies to the Glow Up! Kids Makeover Game app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Melodeon (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is a makeover game in which you clean up a character, dress her up and paint on makeup. It is provided for use "AS IS".
In short: this Application is completely offline. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, it requests no Android permissions, and nothing you create ever leaves your device unless you choose to share it yourself.
The Application does not collect, store or transmit any personal information. No account or registration is required, and no data is sent to any server. The released Android application declares no permissions at all — including no internet permission — so it is unable to transmit data even in principle.
The Application contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs and no tracking tools of any kind.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Looks you create are stored on your device. You may choose to save an image of a look to your device's photo gallery, or to send it to another app using your device's standard share sheet.
Both actions happen only when you start them. If you share an image to another application — a messaging or social app, for example — that image is then handled by that application under its own privacy policy, which the Service Provider does not control.
The Service Provider does not share any data with third parties, because no data is collected. The Application integrates no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services.
You can stop all use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace. Because no data is collected, there is nothing further to opt out of.
The Application does not collect, store or transmit any user data off the device. Everything created within the Application — saved looks, outfits and makeup — remains solely on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Application. Images you have deliberately saved to your photo gallery remain in your gallery and can be deleted there.
The Application is designed for children and is intended to be suitable for them. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, or from any other user, because the Application collects no personal information at all and shows no advertising. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's device usage, in particular the use of the device's share feature described above. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and it will be promptly addressed.
Since the Application collects no personal data and transmits nothing, there is no personal information at risk. Saved looks and any images written to your gallery remain under your own device's security controls.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify users of any changes by updating this page, and the effective date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.
